Set in the aftermath of WWI, this pre-code-era chiller transports viewers to the jungles and ancient temples of Cambodia, where a sinister figure has uncovered a forbidden secret capable of reducing men to mindless, obedient slaves. An expedition ventures to the storied ruins of Angkor Wat to stamp out this threat before it spreads further. But not everyone in the group can be trusted, and personal ambition may prove just as dangerous as any occult power.
