The premise

When a family dismisses their elderly housekeeper, they soon find themselves at the mercy of something deeply wrong with a doll named Robert. Allegedly inspired by a real artifact housed in a Florida museum, the film leans into the creeping dread of an inanimate object that refuses to stay still. The parents must confront escalating horrors while racing to understand a curse they can barely believe in. Fans of sinister doll lore will find Robert a slow-burn addition to the subgenre.
