When a young couple snags what seems like their dream apartment in Los Angeles, they quickly discover the space comes with a deeply unwelcome recurring feature: devoted followers of a mysterious cult who treat the address as a sacred site for ritual self-destruction. What begins as a darkly absurd nuisance steadily pulls the couple into something far more dangerous and philosophically unsettling. The film balances pitch-black humor with genuine dread, anchored by an eccentric ensemble cast that keeps the tone delightfully off-kilter.
