The premise

When two friends return from a girls weekend vacation in Mexico, they find themselves stranded at the airport. Trying to get home safely, they board an airport shuttle for the short trip. But once their feet cross the threshold of the shuttle, a night that had started like any other turns terrifying, and the ride home becomes a descent into darkness.

Horror Vault's take

What should have been an ordinary late-night ride home from the airport becomes a nightmare when two women boarding a seemingly routine shuttle find themselves trapped with a driver whose intentions are far from benign. Director Edward Anderson wrings unbearable tension from a confined space as the passengers realize escape may be impossible. The film leans into psychological torment and slow-burn dread rather than outright gore, making every mile of the route feel like a countdown. By the time the full picture comes into focus, Shuttle has ventured somewhere far darker than its premise initially suggests.
