The premise
An ordinary family goes on a trip by car, but their car breaks down. The dutiful father of the family immediately sets off to get help and seems to find it with a nice elderly lady. The woman invites the whole family to dinner, but the hospitality soon turns out to be an ambush.

A family road trip turns into a waking nightmare when a seemingly kind stranger lures them into a trap lurking beneath a deceptively welcoming facade. What follows is a relentless, blood-soaked descent into the territory of deranged and grotesque adversaries. Skinned Deep wears its low-budget, splatter-fueled ambitions proudly, channeling the anarchic spirit of exploitation horror with a twisted sense of humor. Fans of unhinged creature features and over-the-top carnage will find plenty to sink their teeth into.
