The premise
Emily Young, a senior, wants to be elected as her sorority's president. She adopts a cute sloth, thinking it can become the new mascot and help her win, until a string of fatalities implicate the sloth as the main suspect in the murders.

A college senior with her eye on the sorority presidency thinks she's found the perfect secret weapon: an irresistibly adorable sloth that could charm her way to the top. But what starts as a quirky campaign stunt takes a deadly turn when her sisters begin turning up dead and all signs point to the slow-moving new mascot. Slotherhouse leans fully into its ridiculous premise, delivering a gleefully self-aware creature feature drenched in camp and comedy. It's the kind of film that knows exactly what it is — and has an absolute blast being it.
