The premise

Desperate for a job to help him support his family, Jim Norman takes a position teaching high school in the town where his brother was murdered in front of him by teenage bullies twenty-seven years before. The teens who committed the crime are long dead, but now the kids in Jim's new class keep dying and being replaced by new students who look like the deceased hoodlums.

Horror Vault's take

Twenty-seven years after witnessing his brother's brutal murder in a railway tunnel, Jim Norman returns to his hometown to teach high school — only to find the trauma he buried may not be as dead and gone as he hoped. Students in his class begin disappearing under mysterious circumstances, replaced by eerily familiar faces that shouldn't be possible. Based on a Stephen King short story, this made-for-TV chiller leans on psychological unease as much as supernatural menace. Jim's grip on his sanity — and the safety of everyone around him — grows more precarious with every new face that walks through his classroom door.
