The premise
The film follows a petty rock band called the Winners, consisting of vocalist Joey Winner, bassist Jennifer, guitarist Tyler, drummer Sam, and French-Canadian roadie Hugo, along with their sleazy manager Jeff, as they tour across Canada and the USA after Jennifer is turned into a vampire by Queeny. Meanwhile, a vampire hunter who is afraid of the dark named Eddie Van Helsing quickly chases them down.

A struggling rock band called the Winners suddenly finds its fortunes changing in ways nobody could have anticipated when one member has a very unusual encounter on tour. As the band chases the elusive dream of rock stardom across Canada and the USA, something undead starts influencing the group's rising profile. Legendary rock and punk icons pepper the journey in gloriously self-aware cameos, keeping the tone delightfully unhinged. Hot on the band's heels is a vampire hunter with a rather embarrassing phobia, adding absurdist comedy to the bloodshed.
