The premise
After suspecting that their police officer neighbor is a serial killer, a group of teenage friends spend their summer spying on him and gathering evidence, but as they get closer to discovering the truth, things get dangerous.

In a sun-soaked 1980s suburb, a conspiracy-minded teenager becomes convinced that his all-American police officer neighbor is responsible for a string of local disappearances. Enlisting his misfit crew of friends, he launches a covert summer investigation armed with cameras and walkie-talkies. What begins as a thrilling neighborhood adventure gradually curdles into something far more sinister, forcing the group to confront a darkness that can't be unseen.
