The premise
Following the tragic death of her parents Fawn Harriman discovers she has inherited a theatre in the town of Amityville. She, along with 3 friends, decides to spend the weekend there looking the place over. Meanwhile one of her High School teachers begins an investigation into the village's past and makes a connection with something that goes back beyond recorded history.

When Fawn Harriman inherits a mysterious theatre in Amityville following her parents' deaths, a weekend visit with friends quickly reveals the building holds far more than memories. While the group settles in, a determined teacher independently digs into the town's shadowy past — and what he uncovers stretches back further than anyone could have anticipated. The Amityville name carries its usual dread, but here the horror radiates from beneath the stage rather than the walls of a house. Two converging investigations collide with something ancient and deeply wrong.
