The premise
Trevor Blackburn is accused of murdering his girlfriend, Faith, in a brutal ritual. He's sentenced to live in an experimental rehabilitation community and falls into a coma. When he wakes up, he meets the mysterious Dr. Ek, who tortures Trevor in an attempt to learn the whereabouts of a powerful occult book. As other patients start to disappear, Trevor begins to wonder who and where he really is.

After waking from a coma inside an experimental rehabilitation facility, Trevor Blackburn struggles to piece together whether he committed a horrific occult murder — or whether something far more sinister is being done to him. A mysterious doctor obsesses over a powerful arcane book that Trevor may hold the key to, while the facility's other patients begin to vanish without explanation. Reality and nightmare blur at every turn in this lo-fi psychological horror trip that keeps the viewer as disoriented as its protagonist. Fans of mind-bending cult horror will find plenty to sink their teeth into.
