The premise
One night, an unusual stranger in need asks a woman living alone in a house in the woods if he can use her phone. It soon becomes clear that they're playing a strange mind game and that there's something very wrong about the woods.

A woman alone in a remote woodland home answers the door to a mysterious stranger who seems harmless enough — until their conversation takes a deeply unsettling turn. What begins as a simple request spirals into an elaborate psychological duel, with neither character nor viewer able to trust what they think they know. Malcolm McDowell and Madolyn Smith Osborne anchor this intimate two-hander in an atmosphere of creeping dread. The woods outside hold secrets that make the danger inside feel even more inescapable.
