The premise
A married couple rents a beachside Airbnb, only to be surrounded by peculiar neighbors and occurrences. They soon discover they are in the grip of a mysterious cult and their ancient sea god.

A couple seeking a relaxing coastal getaway find their idyllic Airbnb retreat slowly curdling into something deeply wrong, as the locals prove far too interested in their stay. Beneath the sun-bleached surface of the beachside community lurks a devoted cult with ties to something vast and inhuman from the deep. Rooted firmly in Lovecraftian mythology, the film draws on the tradition of outsiders ensnared by insular, fanatical communities with an agenda they cannot escape.
