The premise

With a pocketful of drugs, Nick West takes out his girlfriend Sammy, for a shag and a good time. When they explore an abandoned asylum, the discovery of a bizarre device - a cross between an electric chair and sadistic fetish machine - transforms drugged-out bliss into agony and despair

A drug-fuelled night out takes a catastrophic turn when Nick West and his girlfriend stumble upon a derelict asylum hiding something that should never have been found. At its rotten heart sits a grotesque contraption — part electric chair, part torture device — that sets in motion a spiral of violence and psychological unraveling. What begins as reckless hedonism quickly mutates into a waking nightmare with no clean exit. The Devil's Chair is a mean-spirited, self-aware genre exercise that refuses to play by comfortable rules.
