The premise
Susana leaves her life in Paris, where she works as a model, and returns to Madrid to take care of her grandmother Pilar.

When Susana abandons her glamorous modeling career in Paris to return to Madrid and care for her ailing grandmother Pilar, she finds herself drawn into a suffocating world far removed from the life she left behind. The cramped apartment and the old woman's deteriorating presence begin to press down on Susana in ways she cannot easily explain. What starts as a story of dutiful sacrifice quietly curdles into something far darker, as family secrets refuse to stay buried. This Spanish slow-burn horror trusts atmosphere and dread over cheap shocks.
