When a man moves into a new rental, the ordinary rituals of tenancy begin to take on a sinister edge as he grows increasingly convinced his landlord has a disturbing agenda. What starts as minor unease escalates into a suffocating game of cat and mouse played out within the confines of everyday life. The film mines the deeply relatable anxiety of being at someone else's mercy in your own home, blurring the line between rational fear and dangerous obsession.
