The premise
Following the brutal rape of a young woman by a gang of construction workers, a mysterious figure wearing a motorcycle helmet and driving a gold hearse begins hunting the perpetrators down. The masked avenger's weapon of choice, obviously, is a nail gun, with which he (or could it be she?) takes out the rapists one by one. Just who is this murderous vigilante?

When a gang of construction workers commits an unforgivable act of violence against a young woman, a mysterious helmeted avenger takes the law into their own hands — one nail at a time. Cruising rural roads in a gold hearse, the masked killer methodically tracks down each perpetrator with a relentless, almost ritualistic focus. The film keeps viewers guessing at the vigilante's true identity, layering a whodunit tension beneath the low-budget carnage. This is grimy 1980s regional horror at its rawest.
