The premise
Strange events plague a recently widowed woman and her young daughter when they move to a small town.

Still raw from the loss of her husband, a woman uproots her life and moves with her young daughter to an unfamiliar small town in search of a fresh start. Before long, the community's unsettling atmosphere and a string of inexplicable events make it clear that something in this place has taken notice of them. What begins as quiet, creeping unease steadily tightens into something far more threatening, forcing the mother to fight for her family's safety and sanity.
