The premise
After the death of his father, a brilliant college student returns to his family home where he learns that the horrors from his childhood aren't as dead and gone as he once thought.

When a gifted young man returns to his childhood home following his father's death, he finds that the darkness he escaped years ago has been waiting for him all along. What begins as a grieving son settling affairs quickly unravels into something far more disturbing, as the boundary between memory and menace begins to blur. The family home holds secrets that refuse to stay buried, forcing him to reckon with a past he never truly left behind.
