The premise
In a post-zombie world, where the infected live normal lives, their retroviral drug is running out.

In a world that has found an uneasy peace with its zombie outbreak, infected individuals lead ordinary lives — kept in check only by a dwindling retroviral treatment. When the drug supply begins to run critically low, the fragile social order starts to crack, and fear threatens to consume both the infected and those who love them.
