The premise
Three people driving into Los Angeles for a Dodgers game have car trouble and pull off into an old wrecking yard where they are held at bay by a bloodthirsty psycho and his crazy girlfriend.

A routine road trip to catch a baseball game takes a nightmarish detour when three travelers break down near a remote wrecking yard. What should be a minor inconvenience becomes a brutal ordeal as a volatile, sadistic young man and his equally unhinged girlfriend hold them captive with lethal intent. Shot on stark, sun-baked California locations, the film wrings maximum dread from a stripped-down cat-and-mouse setup. Arch Hall Jr.'s unnerving central performance gives the terror a disturbingly personal edge.
