The premise
A woman goes to a back alley abortion clinic, only to have her aborted fetus attack her, her boyfriend, and everyone else at the clinic.

A desperate visit to a seedy back-alley clinic takes a nightmarish turn when a discarded fetus, corrupted by toxic waste, mutates into something far worse than anyone could have imagined. What follows is a siege of gore and grotesquerie as the creature turns on everyone trapped inside the building. Low-budget and uncompromising, The Suckling leans hard into its outrageous premise with practical monster effects and buckets of viscera. It occupies a grimy corner of late-80s/early-90s exploitation horror that few films dare to enter.
