The premise
Teens camping in a northern California retreat are terrorized by mutant insects created by evil, polluting pot farmers.

A group of troubled teens head to a remote Northern California wilderness retreat, only to discover the woods harbor something far worse than bad vibes. Illicit steroid-laced marijuana cultivation has mutated the local tick population into ravenous, oversized horrors hungry for human hosts. What starts as a character-driven outdoor program quickly devolves into a frantic fight for survival against relentless, burrowing parasites. Fans of practical creature effects and late-night creature features will find plenty to squirm about.
