The premise
A young pathology med student suspects that the spirit of a dead cadaver in the hospital morgue where she works is killing off all those who handle or desecrate the body.
Horror Vault's take
When a first-year pathology student is assigned to work in a hospital morgue, she becomes unsettlingly convinced that a female cadaver brought in from Brazil carries something far more dangerous than disease. As those who handle — or disrespect — the body begin meeting grim fates, she races to uncover the dark history behind the corpse before it's too late. Blending clinical hospital atmosphere with supernatural dread, Unrest takes the dissection table somewhere medical school never prepared anyone for.
