Horror Vault's take

A group of strangers wake up imprisoned in an anonymous house with no memory of how they got there — and no way out unless they cooperate in an unthinkable arrangement. Devices implanted at the base of each captive's skull harvest chemicals released by the brain during extreme pain, and only a full quota will unlock the doors. What follows is a savage test of how far ordinary people will go — and what they'll do to each other — when survival is the only currency that matters.
