A botched robbery sends a ragtag crew of gold thieves hurtling into the last place any criminal wants to end up: a remote village ruled by a very hungry coven of witches. Director Álex de la Iglesia unleashes his signature blend of breakneck chaos and jet-black comedy as the desperate men find themselves outmatched by forces far older and hungrier than anything they planned for. Equal parts road-trip farce and full-blooded horror, the film gleefully skewers male ego while delivering genuine witchcraft menace. Expect escalating madness, a standout ensemble, and a climax that refuses to play it safe.
