The premise
In a zombie-infested Australian wasteland, soldier Rhys has dedicated his life to tracking and capturing survivors for the Surgeon General in hopes of finding a cure.
Horror Vault's take
Australia has fallen to a zombie plague, and the few living souls left are worth their weight in blood — literally. Soldier Rhys operates in this scorched wasteland as a hunter, rounding up survivors for a shadowy Surgeon General who promises a cure but demands a terrible price. The film cranks up the mayhem with inventive creature design and a punk-fuelled brutality that sets it apart from bog-standard zombie fare. Loyalties are tested and bullets fly in this high-octane follow-up to the cult original.
