The premise
After surviving the incidents in Barrow, Alaska, Stella Olemaun relocates to Los Angeles, where she intentionally attracts the attention of the local vampire population in order to avenge the death of her husband, Eben.

Still haunted by tragedy in the frozen north, Stella Olemaun trades Alaska's endless night for the neon shadows of Los Angeles — and deliberately walks into the vampire underworld hunting her. Armed with grief and fury, she assembles an unlikely crew of fellow survivors willing to take the fight to the creatures that took everything from her. This straight-to-video sequel to the 2007 cult hit doubles down on bloodshed and revenge, trading the original's isolated dread for a more urban, action-driven tone. Fans of the comic series will find the adaptation stays close to its source material.
