The premise
An ambitious young executive is sent to retrieve his company's CEO from an idyllic but mysterious "wellness center" at a remote location in the Swiss Alps but soon suspects that the spa's miraculous treatments are not what they seem.

A ruthless young executive dispatched to a remote Swiss Alps sanatorium to retrieve a missing CEO finds himself drawn deeper into the facility's strange rituals and seemingly impossible promises of perfect health. What begins as a straightforward retrieval mission curdles into a waking nightmare as the line between patient and prisoner blurs. Director Gore Verbinski crafts a visually sumptuous descent into paranoia, where pristine white corridors and mountain vistas conceal something deeply, organically wrong.
