The premise
A severely injured man and woman awake in an abandoned sanitarium only to discover that a sadistic caretaker holds the keys to their freedom and the horrific answers as to their true identity.

Two strangers wake in the decaying halls of an abandoned sanitarium with no memory of who they are or how they got there. Their only point of contact is a disturbing caretaker who seems to know far more about them than he lets on. As the pair struggle to piece together the truth, the cost of those answers proves to be something neither could have anticipated. What begins as a mystery of identity quickly descends into a harrowing fight for survival.
