What follows is a revenge quest fueled by blood, rage, and a twisted bond that surgery couldn't fully sever. Director Frank Henenlotter leans hard into low-budget grindhouse excess, balancing genuine grotesquerie with flashes of dark absurdist humor. It's a love letter to 42nd Street sleaze that has earned its cult status many times over.
