The premise

Duane recovers from his delusional breakdown to find his freakish basket-bound brother Belial will soon become a father. But not everything is joyous as the once tight knit brothers no longer seem to trust each other.

The third entry in Frank Henenlander's cult Basket Case series picks up with Duane barely recovered from his mental collapse, only to discover that his deformed, basket-dwelling brother Belial is about to become a dad. Joy and chaos collide as the bond between the brothers frays under the weight of jealousy and mistrust. Surrounded by a community of fellow "freaks," the film leans hard into its grimy B-movie roots, serving up creature carnage and pitch-black laughs in equal measure.
