The premise

Duane and his basket-bound mutant brother are taken in by a secret home for wayward freaks.

Picking up where the cult original left off, Duane and his monstrous conjoined twin Belial find unexpected refuge among a hidden community of outcasts just as strange as themselves. The film leans harder into dark comedy and creature spectacle than its predecessor, filling the screen with a menagerie of practical-effects freaks. Safety, however, proves elusive — and the brothers' volatile bond continues to drive the chaos. It's gleefully trashy B-horror that wears its weirdness as a badge of honor.
