The premise

A collection of artifacts from an archeological dig in Egypt are brought to the famous Louvre museum in Paris, and while experts are using a laser scanning device to determine the age of a sarcophagus, a ghostly spirit escapes and makes its way into the museum's electrical system.

Horror Vault's take

When Egyptian artifacts arrive at the legendary Louvre museum in Paris, a dormant and malevolent spirit is inadvertently unleashed during a routine examination — and it wastes no time making the grand museum its hunting ground. What follows is a cat-and-mouse mystery wrapped in ancient horror, as investigators race to understand what has been set free among the priceless halls of one of the world's most iconic landmarks. The film blends old-world mythology with a sleek Parisian setting, conjuring dread from the contrast between high culture and creeping supernatural menace.
