Desperate to conquer her paralyzing fear of the Boogeyman, a young woman voluntarily commits herself to a psychiatric facility specializing in phobia treatment. What begins as a controlled therapeutic environment quickly turns into something far more sinister, as patients start falling prey to their own worst nightmares. Trapped behind locked wards with no easy escape, she must face the terrifying possibility that the monster she feared all along may be very real. This direct sequel leans hard into slasher territory, using a clinical setting to ratchet up the dread.
