The premise
In the late 90s, a video archivist unearths a series of sinister pirate broadcasts and becomes obsessed with uncovering the dark conspiracy behind them.

Set in late-1990s Chicago, a video archivist stumbles upon a cache of deeply disturbing pirate television broadcasts that seem to be more than random acts of signal hijacking. As he digs deeper into their cryptic origins, the line between investigation and dangerous fixation begins to blur.
