Dr. Magrew runs a traveling curiosity show built around living dolls, but his ambitions stretch far beyond mere exhibition — he wants to unlock the secret of creating life within an artificial form. When Toulon's infamous puppet troupe arrives at the House of Marvels, the deadly little figures become central to his increasingly dangerous obsession. As Magrew's experiments grow more desperate and unhinged, those around him begin to sense that something is terribly wrong. The puppets, as always, have their own agenda.
