The premise
In the 1960s, a nurse's last day on her job is ruined when a doctor inadvertently creates a cyst monster that terrorizes the office.

Set in a swinging 1960s doctor's office, Cyst is a gleefully trashy creature feature that turns a routine medical visit into a blood-soaked nightmare. A well-meaning nurse just wants to survive her last shift, but her deranged physician employer has other plans — ones that accidentally unleash something truly grotesque. Equal parts schlocky monster mayhem and retro comedy, the film revels in its own absurdity with gleeful abandon. Fans of campy practical-effects horror will feel right at home.
