The premise
Three college students set out to document what other people dread the most. However, one of the three turns out to secretly be a sadistic psychopath who uses this knowledge to gruesomely torture the subjects.

A student film project exploring human fear sounds like compelling academic territory — until the true intentions of one participant reveal themselves to be something far darker. What begins as an intellectual exercise in documenting dread gradually transforms into a waking nightmare for those involved. Adapted from a Clive Barker short story, this British-American thriller digs beneath the skin of its characters to expose how intimately fear can be weaponised. Viewers with a low tolerance for psychological cruelty should consider themselves warned.
