The premise
A group of college students take a Halloween hayride in the countryside and convince the driver to take them to a secluded area for a night of debauchery. However, the fun turns to terror when a local farmhand unearths a mysterious wooden box that contains an ancient zombie.

What begins as a rowdy Halloween hayride into the Pennsylvania countryside quickly spirals into a desperate fight for survival. A chance discovery on a remote farm releases an unstoppable force of flesh-hungry undead, and the partying college students find themselves hopelessly outmatched in the dark. This late-80s splatter entry leans hard into practical gore effects and a relentless, grim atmosphere that owes a clear debt to the classic zombie films that inspired it.
