A buttoned-up, all-work-no-play yuppie makes the mistake of dialing a suspicious late-night party hotline, unknowingly rolling out the welcome mat for a diminutive rock n' roll goblin and his rowdy crew. What starts as a nuisance quickly escalates into a full-blown household siege as Frankie Freako and company have absolutely no interest in leaving. Equal parts irreverent creature feature and retro comedy nightmare, the film wears its low-budget, practical-effects heart proudly on its sleeve.
