The premise

Everyone in town knows the story of Old Aunt Ethel. It's said she makes Halloween candy and pumpkin pie out of the kids that trick-or-treat at her house. This Halloween, the neighborhood teens are going to find out the truth.

Every kid in town grows up hearing the grim local legend of Old Aunt Ethel — a seemingly sweet old neighbor with a very dark recipe for her famous Halloween treats. When a group of neighborhood teens decides to investigate whether the stories are more than just spooky folklore, the holiday takes a dangerous turn. Part creature-feature campiness and part slasher dread, the film leans into the pulpy tradition of Halloween anthology horror.
