The premise

Reality programmers at DangerTainment select a group of thrill-seeking teenagers to spend one night in the childhood home of serial killer Michael Myers. Their planned live broadcast turns deadly when Michael decides to crash the party.

Horror Vault's take

A media company called DangerTainment sends a group of young contestants to spend a night livestreaming from Michael Myers' childhood home, banking on thrills and viewer clicks. What begins as a publicity stunt spirals into a genuine nightmare when the residents of Haddonfield's most infamous address gets an unexpected — and very real — visitor. With cameras rolling and audiences watching online, the line between entertainment and carnage dissolves fast. This entry in the Halloween franchise leans into early-2000s internet culture to put a fresh spin on the Shape's brand of terror.
