A woman with a troubled past moves into Havenhurst, an imposing gothic apartment building with strict rules and a sinister landlady. What begins as a fresh start quickly unravels as she discovers that residents who break the rules have a way of vanishing without a trace. The building itself seems designed as much to trap its tenants as to house them, and the horrors lurking within its walls are disturbingly human in origin. With echoes of real-life murder castles, Havenhurst turns the idea of home into something deeply predatory.
