The premise
Strange cravings and hallucinations befall a young couple after seeking shelter in the home of an aging farmer and her peculiar son.

When a young couple is forced to seek refuge at a remote farmhouse, the elderly woman and her odd adult son who take them in seem harmless enough — at first. But as the night wears on, strange appetites and disturbing visions begin to erode the couple's grip on reality. Honeydew is a slow-burn descent into rural unease that weaponizes the mundane and domestic against its characters. Fans of art-house folk horror will find it deeply, uncomfortably hard to shake.
