The premise
After he's institutionalized in order to cover for his sister, a young man encounters a doctor who is turning his patients into flesh-eating psychopaths.

A desperate young man gets himself committed to a locked psychiatric facility to watch over his troubled sister — only to discover that escape may be the least of his worries. The institution's shadowy doctor has been conducting horrific experiments on patients, with results that are far more savage than anything a mere diagnosis could explain. Trapped behind reinforced doors with increasingly dangerous inmates, he must fight to keep himself and his sister alive. What begins as a rescue mission quickly devolves into a blood-soaked battle for survival.
