The premise
A washed-up musician teams up with a teacher and a kids show personality to protect young children from a sudden outbreak of zombies.

When a zombie outbreak erupts near a school excursion, a down-on-his-luck musician finds himself thrust into an impossible situation alongside a devoted kindergarten teacher and a beloved children's entertainer. What follows is a frantic, blood-splattered scramble to keep a group of blissfully unaware kids safe from the undead hordes closing in around them. Lupita Nyong'o brings warmth and fierce determination to her role, anchoring the film's wild tonal balancing act between genuine scares and laugh-out-loud comedy.
