The premise
Lucie, Ben and William search an old woman's home for a hidden treasure and they encounter a series of supernatural events that change them forever.

In the French countryside, a young woman and her friends break into the crumbling mansion of a comatose elderly recluse, lured by rumors of a hidden fortune. What they find inside is far more ancient and disturbing than treasure. Directors Alexandre Bustillo and Julien Maury craft a visually hypnotic descent into nightmare, steeped in gothic atmosphere and dread. This is slow-burn French horror at its most arresting — beautiful and deeply unsettling in equal measure.
