The premise
When former LAPD officer Brett Anderson takes a job as head of security at an old apartment building in Sofia, Bulgaria, he soon begins to experience a series of bizarre and terrifying events. Soon after delving into the building's sinister history and investigate its shadowy owners and past employees, Brett uncovers a malevolent force nestled deep in the bowels of the building that will do anything to be set free into our world.

A former LAPD cop trades the streets of Los Angeles for a security post in a crumbling Sofia apartment building — and quickly discovers the job is far more than it appears. Strange visions and unsettling encounters push him to dig into the building's murky past, pulling him toward a darkness the previous occupants clearly tried to bury. With horror legend Robert Englund lending his presence to the cast, this Bulgarian-set chiller builds an oppressive sense that something ancient and hungry is waiting beneath the floorboards. The deeper Brett investigates, the clearer it becomes that whatever lurks below has been waiting for exactly this moment.
