When a no-nonsense businesswoman tries to finalize a simple apartment rental in Buenos Aires, the arrival of a soft-spoken, deeply unsettling prospective tenant sets off a chain of increasingly disturbing events. As a rare solar eclipse approaches, she begins to suspect that the transaction she stumbled into is part of something far darker than a real-estate deal. What starts as an irritating errand steadily curdles into genuine terror, with the city itself feeling complicit in the mounting dread.
